I'm sorry to see you go, but if you must ...

To manage your ccbill subscription, they ask for your email, your credit card number (that you used to sign up the subscription) and/or the subscription ID.

The subscription ID is not your username and password that you use to sign on onto the membership area but a 19 digit number that you got with the signup confirmation.

If you lost that ID, it's no big deal. Ccbill only asks for two of the three fields to manage your subscriptions. If you give them just your email address and cc number, you should get a list of all your running and expired subscriptions with that cc and you can choose and cancel the subscription from the list.
