Tattoo's, turn on or turn off?

There are tattoos that don't add a thing to a girl's body or personality (see Jacky's on her back) but, then, there are some girls with "serious works of art" on their bodies. I have seen girls with full "sleeves" and the colors are just outrageous and the patterns beautiful. A girl at my gym has a full back of patriotic themed works of art. I'm sure she is "honoring" someone she knows.
