I think this thread needs an example of a perfect pair of breasts with perfect nipples. No matter if you call them small, medium or large, I just love them because they are all natural and so sexy. Just my 2 cents.

My personal preference is C - DD. I make no difference or distinction between natural or fake. Treat them the same, I say. Yeah there are some bad boob jobs but there are some amazing boob jobs too. Anything that helps a woman feel better about herself works for me in my private life and my porn preference.
