What is sad that he couldn't get back into Pima College without a letter from a mental health professional that he wasn't a danger to other students, but he could walk into Walmart and purchase a Glock 9mm pistol with extended magazine after passing the "full" background investigation.

The problem is nn one reported his behaveyor to the law. if they dont know there is a problem they cant do anything to fix it. all thies people come out after the fact! if they would have come forward ahead of time maby this could have been prevented.

first off I don't believe in the death penalty, why? It is a waste of money. Second of all I don't believe in punishing the mentally ill. I don't know if he actually is mentally ill. It can be checked out though.

The death penalty is really not much of a deterrent that will prevent crime; however, once used, they rarely re-offend.
