I've just read Danielle's latest journal entry. A bit late i know lol. She'll be away for her sisters baby shower and i haven't a clue what that means. Can someone please tell me what a "baby shower" is?. And i know it doesn't mean a small shower for babies lol.

I could only guess and say it's a kind of christening. But then, English isn't my native language and I have very limited knowledge of American custom.

a baby shower is when your friends and family have a party for you and your expectant baby and give the baby gifts. like things you need, clothes, diapers, bottles... etc...
