Glitches
Rob,
Dont know whether you would like issues over PM but thought I would put a thread up. I copied the questionaire thread and typed through all the questions....it took a few mintues (15-30). However when I hit post it told me I wasnt logged in. So when I logged in it lost everything and did not post. I had just posted to a couple of other thread a few minutes befor I started answering the questionnaire. I am sure it is probably user error(one of those glitches between the brain and the fingers) but thought i would let you know. Maybe I timed out or something? |

It hasn't happened to me -- and it seems others are doing ok. But that is the beauty of windows, every person has a random bug or two, never the same.

It happens to me too. If i spend too long answering a post or creating a thread. I think it may be because it detects inactivity in long posting and automatically logs you out. Only a guess but if anyone else has a better idea why it does. I'd appreciate it.

The only glitch I've seen is when I post in a thread that was highlighted when I opened it up the highlighting doesn't go away unless I reopen the thread right after I post. In other words, the forum icon doesn't reflect that I've checked out all posts, it reflects that there are still new posts but the only new post is the one that I did. Kind of weird.

Fully of accord with You, friend WhyYou. For how much can seem it is this way. It depends from who likes to follow a thread. Or to understand what the interest is. I am in difficulty.
But I accept the rules. |
