There's a good chance I'll be posting more questions for you, Mart. I just need to find the time to sit down and tinker a bit. Thanks & cheers--

While I'm here I have another general tech question: Yesterday when downloading from the more recent updates, I was able to save as WMP from Windows Media Player; today, for whatever reason, while Player comes up and I'm able to save, my choices of save as type is limited to "Any file." It looks like things download fine, and it looks like the files are being saved as WMP, but does anyone have any idea what would cause this little glitch? I'm inclined to put it down to yet another in a string of hiccups in the system. Also, does anyone have another recommendation for a media player that supports WMP but can also save? I used GOM Player and PowerDVD to view, but neither supports actual downloading of WMP files. Suggestions? |
