I doubt we can do anything on that from here. I suggest you contact ccbill and ask them what the problem is. Maybe they can't accept credit cards from Morocco, but only they could say for sure.

When you're about to eat alone, do you rather go out to eat, get the food delivered (like Pizza, Chinese, whatever), get something yourself (or grab something on the way) or cook for yourself?

When you cook for yourself, what meals do you cook?

How much time do you invest for your own meals?
