Important Health Tips-
¤ Answer the phone by left ear ¤ Don't take medicine with cold water ¤ Don't have huge meals after 5pm ¤ Drink more water in the morning,less at night ¤ Best sleeping time is from 10pm to 4am ¤ Don't lie down immediately after taking medicine and after meals walk a bit ¤ When cell battery is low to last bar,don't answer the phone,as the radiation is 1000 times stronger ¤ Don't drink water immediately after meals atleast after 1/2 an hour! Can you tell this to people you care about? Well! "kindness costs Nothing"

I can understand that why u don't see the point! I was supposed to give the scientific reasons alongwith as people don't believe anything untill there is a proof. NEXT TIME I'll take care of that,but People you can still follow these tips as they won't cause a problem bút surely would be helpful!!

Ok so I'm brand new and this is the first thread I stumble upon.
But I'm curious as to your reasoning for answering the phone with your left ear?  Regardless of whether I agree with the points you've posted, I have actually heard of them before except for this one.Well, and the medicine with cold water one too. I could argue that since you are trying to get the full effect of medicine you are taking, then you probably want warm since absorption rate will increase with heat (certainly with water, and I suppose with dissolved solutes), but your digestive system warms liquid and food to an optimal body temperature anyway. Whether that holds up or not I don't know, but I can't see why cold water would be better? Don't get me wrong, I'm not questioning your intentions here.. but I am really curious about the left ear thing

Don't drink Water just after having food...especially Ghee,Oil or some kind of Oily Stuff....You can have Hot Tea...
Scientific Reason- Water makes the fat content of the food coagulate with each other and does help in their Bonding...which helps in Cholesterol building and increases the Heart Attack chances..... Tea in opposite break the Fats bonding and help you remain fit....!! Take Care EVeryone.......Please!! Its important for the ones who love/care/feel about you!!
