Guess your right Captnjack, the only bears i've seen for real were in zoos and they didn't look too friendly to me, just don't take any chances Tigger, although you don't need me to tell you that.

You may have a bear phobia Captnjack, i know i definately have a snake phobia, just don't post any snake pictures Tigger, they scare the crap out of me lol.

Im not saying I dont give them the respect they deserve, it is just the fact that black bears are not as agresive as there larger relitives. and they are a regular visiters to the yard and we have gotten used to having them around and they are used to us being around. but i do keep an eye on them when they are around. they are still wild and have big teeth and long claws.

Well i guess if their used to you guys being around then hopefully they wouldn't consider you a threat.

we did learn one thing dont leave the cooler on the poarch with a food smell in it, they will find a way to open it. lol
