lol, you could just say, out of nowhere, that you were just curious about when they started growing. perhaps less details would be better for her? unless she doesn't mind that is :P just be like "hey mom, ya know, I can't remember, and I was just curious, do you know about when my boobs started growing?" or somethin... if not that way, then some variant of it perhaps?
