Default My own Desktop

I fear I am a very sad person.

This is my Desktop image.

Why the join down the middle? It stretches across two monitors, and I had to make adjustments.

Hi Mark, what a great Desktop image! I like those earth views from space.
BTW, why don't you use the 'insert an image function' at your post?

Default I did think about it.

Yep I did think about the Insert function, but the image was just too large. It spans two monitors. I could have reduced it to a much smaller image, but I decided to host it elsewhere so that anyone as sad as me could enlarge it if they wanted to,

For my desktop wallpaper I have been using an application called Wallpaper Changer that is a Powertoy for Windows XP. It will change the wallpaper periodically (you can set the change interval) using a folder of pictures that is on your computer. I originally downloaded it from AlisonAngel's message board. I have been using a folder filled with pictures of Alison for quite some time, so if you think YOU'RE getting lost in your wallpaper...just know that I drift off into Lalaland every so often...lol!

Default Here's mine...

Not what you'd probably expect!

I'm a huge vintage drag racing fan. This is the restored Bill Flynn "Yankee Peddler" 65 Dodge. I took this photo at a car show last year.

I'm with WhyYou, I use a program called Wallpaper Master to change my wallpaper periodically. You can do it by time or day, so it keeps it fresh. Right now I have about 400 images that it rotates through.

• You can click on the picture to see it in real format ( 2560x1600 pixels )

I made this picture myself. It's a close-up of the memory modules that are used in my Mac Pro.
