I am guessing if you are asking if I am the director for the videos or not. I suppose I would be. My photographer and I work together on what we think should be shot. The talent is more than welcome to add their input.

I can't figure out your first question. Last month I had a "Screw a Fan" contest which three members won. They have the option to shoot with me or be the director for a video. I probably won't do another contest like that as I only had three people (well four or five but the others weren't qualified as they weren't members of my site) enter the contest.
