I have a back-lit keyboard on my Dell laptop; thought it was a gimmick when I bought it (it's a refurbished laptop so I didn't have a choice), but it's really convenient when you're on the go, stuck in a poorly lit area, and still use the "hunt and peck" method of typing.

Nice keyboard, Mr. Natal. I still use a Logitech traditional one from early 2005, only lit by the screen. Lucky I (still) have a fine night sight.

I use a Logitech light weight keyboard that won't blow even if you spill a drink on it. It cleans easily. I also use a Logitech Trackball (thumb operates the ball) and I love it!
