She did an update with a product... i believe it was called a tantric chair. it is a piece of furniture that is designed to achieve multiple positions without it looking like a sex toy. she did a photo shoot for them where they simulated positions but there was nothing explicit about the picture. i think that is where some of the confusion and rumors started.
