3&4 = ((Brothers * 10 + 15) + Sisters) *10
= Brothers * 100 + 150 + Sisters * 10
5 = Brothers * 100 + 150 + Sisters * 10 + Grandparents
6 = Brothers * 100 + 150 + Sisters * 10 + Grandparents - 150 {get rid of obstacle}
= Brothers * 100 + Sisters * 10 + Grandparents
= Grandparents + Sisters * 10 + Brothers * 100

The result would read BSG.

My result would be 100.
It doesn't solve if you've got more than 9 sisters. 10 sisters would morph to 1 brother.
