I don't think it has to do with the time zone so much but you have to wait 24 hours to vote again. So if you voted for Danielle at 1 pm on day one you cannot vote for Danielle again on day 2 until 1 pm. Its a bug in the voting program they are trying to fix. I hope that makes sense.

Thanks I didn't think of that, I'll try again and see if it works

EDIT: Yes it worked, now I have to wait till 01:05am UK time befor I can do it again
