Confirmed. There seems to be a problem with the zip file.
The link to it was just recently corrected by Danielle (the link pointed to a nonexistent p000.zip). P130.zip was working up to then though.

My best guess is that the file got corrupted at a second upload.
I'm sure Danielle will fix this as soon as possible.
