no can you imagen how much time she would need off for back problems, thus negating the reason I hired her in the first place and my secretary work wouldn't get done either.

Yes you right...good point of view...but think for a moment how often your clients would come to visit you....and while they are there you can do more business with them and deepen the business relationship.
