It is really hard to "block someone" when more just keep flowing in the door - so to speak. Depending on D's account settings, anyone can send her a message or make comments. As soon as she "blocks" one person, another will write something rude and crude to her.
Either her site is fully "public" or she only allows "friends" to message her. I think, personally, that if she wants NO ONE to message her, she should have the "message me" link removed.
