Don't drink Water just after having food...especially Ghee,Oil or some kind of Oily Stuff....You can have Hot Tea...
Scientific Reason- Water makes the fat content of the food coagulate with each other and does help in their Bonding...which helps in Cholesterol building and increases the Heart Attack chances.....
Tea in opposite break the Fats bonding and help you remain fit....!!
