It seems to track the IP address. I tried to vote from my different computers at home, but wasn't allowed more than one vote on Danielle.
I assume that's also the case in company networks. (I'll see that tomorrow.)
That would mean from a company with only a central Internet gateway only 10 votes for different girls per day would be possible, regardless of the company size.
(Most companies woult block these sites anyway, but some may not.)
