Since nobody got their gift yet, I think they got stuck at US customs. Maybe somebody saw "Lia 19" on the sender's address (if Lia put it there) and asumed a commercial delivery without propper declaration. I think it's hard to believe Lia would give away a bunch of those
for free. (I hardly believe it myself.

At least they should have contacted Lia (or Rob) and asked about them.
If somebody of the postal service snitched them, I think that one would be in massive trouble by now.
