Lia`s First Time. High Quality box cover!

The link posted for the rush high quality box cover was great! But is there a high quality box cover for Lia`s first time also out there?? Do someone have the link or pictures? Please help!

If you don't find one I can always send you a scanned image of my box cover if you like? How big you want it? I can go up to 19200 x 19200 but it's not recommended as the last time I tried it that big my PC caught fire. :D
