Faked profiles using Danielle's pictures
 

Dear Danielle,

I am inquiring about a spot where you responded to a question thread earlier to a Captain Jack in regards to you breaking your arm at some point, if not mistaken at x-mas time involving roller blades.

I am trying to confirm the name of your sister as from being on a dating site called Smartdate. the name she is going by is Sina Brooks and also origins of Marrietta, Georgia.

So, I am trying to confirm if this person is real or a scam and if is your sister or not. I am not trying to embarass anyone here, just to confirm if this is real or not.

Uh...that's weird. I do not have a sister named Sina and I do not have a sister that lives in Georgia. I've heard of people impersonating me but I've never heard of people impersonating my sister.

I've googled the name Sina Brooks and only found imposter profiles using Danielle's photos.
So I think the Smartdate profile is also faked.

Now I'm confused. So this person Sina is using my pictures and saying that she's my sister....huh?! People need to get a life.

I think you're just too beautiful for people not to try to pull something off like that. Even though it's annoying, I think you should also see it as a compliment.

doing a little more searching i found an account using Lia's picture too. also placing her in Georgia. they are probably trying to run a sweetheart scam.

I just reported the Sina Brooks account on FB. But I don't think I can do that on Myspace....or at least I'm not sure how to.

You obviously have been talking to a scammer, not Danielle.

And you obviously haven't seen this thread nor the Video Logs Danielle posted about the scams here and pinned on her Twitter page.

She hasn't spoken to you at all, hasn't called you and never got any money you sent. It all was a scammer, apparently in Ghana, who lied to you from A to Z.
Danielle has never been in Ghana.

You should collect your evidence and contact the police / FBI. Maybe you can get part of the money back this way. Good luck!

What the heck? Registration AND monthly payment of $16 to use name search or make that site generally useful? No, thanks. That's a scam in its own.

I found "Sandra Taylor" on page 823 of 1802 at Browse All Scammers.

You haven't really read the first pages of stop-scammer.com either, have you?

They already state in the "Warning Signs" box on the home page
To repeat it loud and clear:

• You have not been contacted by Danielle. You have been contacted by a professional scammer (organized crime) from Africa.
• The scammer used pictures (and maybe other media) he/she stole from Danielle.
• None of the things that scammer told you about "herself" is true.
• None of the money you sent reached Danielle. It most probably finances your scam and scamming others.
• You're blaming the wrong person for your scam.

And to be clear again, posts further accusing Danielle of being the scammer will be deleted and you'll get banned from the Forum.
You've been told multiple times and from multiple sources how the scams work. Wake up and educate yourself.

Thanks for posting that data. That spares our readers to go to that website and search for that page themselves.

There's not much more to see without payment, except maybe the 54 reports of how people got scammed.
The first report is stated as issued October, 20, 2009, the last one November, 1, 2017.

Both of these are behind a paywall "Gold Membership" that I'm not going to book.

There are so many scammers, fakes and bots on the internet now days it is near impossible to identify them from the real people. Photo shop apps can alter photos with near perfection - trust me I have seen some of the best. Point - be careful with you feelings and your wallet. Danielle - I don't think you deserve the abuse and what the scammers are doing to you. Loyal and trusted fan.

Unfortunately it will become even more difficult to identify the altered photos and even videos in the future.
I know that programs have been developed that even alter videos live (I've seen a window having been deleted out of a live filmed wall) or simulate celebrity faces and voices in videos and let them speak a completely new text.
These programs need lots of calculating power as of now, but seeing the past development in electronics, we'll all carry around that computing power in a few years.

My first post on here. So I got a friendship request on facebook from a stranger, chatted with the person and accepted the request. The talk got intimate and pics were shared, but I knew it was a stranger and possibly complete BS and it turned out to be exactly that. I noticed a FTV watermark on one pic which led me here and to Danielle. (the good outcome of the story, plus you can see why I started talking to this person as they were using Danielle's pics!) Almost all the pics were from the free pics section on this site. The creepy thing is that there was a pic with "family" featuring Danielle and an old (late 60's) woman supposedly her mother. It's probably BS, not Danielle or photoshopped, but if there's a chance it is a family pic, then it's a bit scary that a scammer would be able to find and send me that. They started trying to get me to send them amazon gift cards (to sell) and then went for a big scam in an attempt to get my credit card info (failed).

I've seen people on this forum go out of their way and get some of these fake profiles shut down. The scammer is on facebook and google hangouts under the name "Amanda Walsh". He/she's likely on other social media as well. Here's a link to the fake facebook profile:

Another scammer using Danielle's pictures
 

I also have had an experience with a scammer using one of Danielle's pictures to run a scam on me. I have also had numerous scammers contact me on Facebook using pictures of porn stars. Some even use total naked pictures on the Facebook page and sometimes pictures of sexual acts which are supposedly against Facebook rules but Facebook in most cases will allow these fake pages in order to garner more advertising bucks. The shareholders of Facebook don't care if some idiot falls for the scam as long as they cannot be held responsible. I am thankful for the image search engine that Google makes available. Not only are men scammed by these scammers using female porn star pictures but also some of them use male porn star pictures to lure mostly senior citizen women. I personally know of one woman who was scammed like this by someone that had sent a picture of supposedly his **** to her and professed his love for her. I used the Google image search and found the picture came from a Brazil gay porn site. This latest scammer using Danielle's pictures goes by Clara Hurst clarahurst@gmail.com.

I was contacte by Danielle (@danielle18754947) on twitter, later in the conversation she told me to got to hangouts. she use there: Danielledelauany054@gmail.com. she thold me she needs an amazone card, she allways said she is the real one, but i don't believe her.

I think that's a scamer profil. I know that danielle isn't at the moment in the forum, so can anybody verify it.

Yep, that's a scammer. Danielle doesn't use Hangouts and her one and only genuine Twitter account is @DanielleFTV.
Danielle also has an Amazon wish list that she points to. She doesn't ask for Amazon gift cards. (She gladly accepts them, though, should her fans send them.)

But everything else is fake. Danielle is still living in Arizona, USA, and never was in Morocco.

Morocco is an unusual location the scammers claim. They usually place her in Ghana or Nigeria.

The scammers are growing in number and frequency of fishing, my very first was when I was on AOL, good old AOL, anyway, the damsel in distress called me, yeah I gave her my number, that ain't the point, the point is she was a mafia princess in trouble, horny men will believe anything it seems! She never asked for anything, just to talk dirty as it was called back then,naturally, I fell for her and our relationship just grew. Anyways, after a bit into second misadventure, it started to sound familiar. way too familiar. yep, she was reading a script from a may for tv movie!

i feel really stupid 10 years ago, were pictures of danielle used?😱 Sick. I got scammed, "she" wrote me on telegram app, these bastards are really everywhere. After a month of contact, I actually transferred €400 to this person. then she was gone. but i was so madly in love with the person using pictures of danielle. she promised to come to Germany this year just for me. as a result i completely changed my life (within a month) quit smoking weed and will never do it again (have been smoking weed for 10 years). it's amazing what love can do. 🙈 even if it was just fake. after the contact broke off, it only occurred to me that the internet could also find pictures of people. so now I'm invited here. 🤣 with a broken heart, but also with positive experiences.(I don't smoke weed anymore & now I know who "danielle" really is.😅 funny how that went, right? 🤣

Hello all.

New fan of Danielle's here. The way I found out about Danielle appears to be an unfortunately common occurrence of doing checks on a scammer. Name and gmail address reported to google, as well as about 20 facebook pages reported to facebook, until I finally found this site.

I am immeasurably disheartened to find so much chaos and internet static created by greedy individuals preventing effective promotion of someone's work. Putting together business plans/marketing schedules for content creator friends, I know the work put in is hard enough. It's a drop in the bucket, but I'll knock down all that I come across.
