So I see you have lived in both Glendale and Pheonix, Arizona. Have you ever been to a Phoenix Coyotes hockey game? I'm from Canada and hockey is kind of a big deal here, just curious to know if people in Pheonix are even aware they have an NHL team. If not, do you follow any other sports?

I doubt we can do anything on that from here. I suggest you contact ccbill and ask them what the problem is. Maybe they can't accept credit cards from Morocco, but only they could say for sure.
