    Thanks for telling me that....I normally go to sleep around 1 AM so I will stop eating around 8. I don't drink that much soda mostly tea (I am a southern girl).

    Oh God that was to cute. Thanks for the reminder...but I kinda blew it last night. I was out until about 10:30 PM and when I got home I was really hungry. Well instead of eating something small like a piece of fruit I ate two pieces of fruit, a sandwich, and a 100 calorie pack of Goldfish. I guess the only good thing about eating that late is that it was all fairly healthy food. I think this is going to be way harder than working out... maybe I'll just go to the gym more.

    You mentioned on the tech thread about downloading. Save as type and any file. Well that is just indicating what the media is and cannot be changed. Because some people like to keep wmp and mpg seperate.

    Idioteque will always be my favorite Radiohead song. I don't know what it is that draws me so much to it, but it does. I've bought a lot of fruits and veggies so that will definitely make a big part of my diet. But I am a meat girl...so I will always need steak or beef jerky (not a big fan of chicken though.)

    I have to wear compression stockings. I got a good tip from the clinic where I go whenever my ankle acts up. They use something called Tubi-grip. It's a continuous roll of elastized cloth made in different strengths and sizes. The roll is about 30 feet long so I just cut my own stockings to the length I need. It's a lot less expensive than buying compression stockings and it lasts longer too.
