I guess you've been trying the Online Debit or EU Debit options.
As far as I can see, India is listed in the Credit Card option only.
I don't know if there is an option without a Credit Card for Indian citizens, sorry.

To be honest I'm not sure. I think India is a country that FTV banned from joining FTV sites since we've had numerous chargebacks from people in that country.
