Congratulations on achieving your workout target. I know how hard it is. I decided this year I was going to exercise more, and eat more healthily. Today was a good day as I weighed myself and I had lost more weight in the last month than I expected. Always nice to know other people are doing the same thing. Interesting to read you went bowling this week, I was bowling this week for the first time in months, it might even be years! It was a lot of fun. Although I've ended up with a forearm strain, there must be muscles used in bowling that don't get used in every day life!

Danielle, you might want to re-order the posts - or change the order altogether, so that the latest addition is on the bottom. That would make future additions a lot easier.

Danielle, one small matter which I don't know if you or Rob deals with but your updates page (in the forum) is now a month out of date. Appreciate you got school (college or whatever you call it in the States) and time is precious but only thinking of what visitors think. I can see that site is uptodate, and regulars too but visitors might not be so 'understanding(?)'. xxxxxxx

Good luck with facebook, I've been sucked in by it. I spend far too much time playing games and looking at people photographs. Be careful, it can be addictive!! :-)

No need to change, although as you say I'm sure it's about time, I just thought that would be a nice one if you changed. I'm sure there are loads of others though.
PS Love the Video with Zeba, she was obviously quite a handful !!! hehehe

My favourite Storm song comes from the Storm, Inc CD (lotsa luck finding it nowadays!) is "Dying Town". Kinda bittersweet but with a glimmer of hope in there. What can I say though? I adore strong, independent women who follow their own paths and are able to overcome whatever gets in their path. And yeah, she's a bit punky, too. Reminds me of someone else, now who was it ...?
