Alison's web site is still up and will remain so. I believe there is a three month option that is non-reoccurring and a monthly option that is reoccurring. You can go into the ccbill page on her site to find out for sure without actually paying for anything. It will show you the options for making a payment and you can choose which option you want. When I was a member there I used the reoccurring one and it was $29.95 for the first month and $19.95 for each reoccurring month. You can cancel at any time by going to the ccbill web site.
