Depths
Thank you for the glimpse
into the depths of your eyes
it is greater by far than
all the wonder of the skies

there is where i can see
the purity of your soul
answering all the questions
my heart wants to know

without a word all is known
nothing else needs be told
the connection found here
will never ever grow old

such generosity you show
giving a wonderful gift
sharing your life as you do
providing new friends a lift

everyday i try to think
of words to express the heart
none can compare to one look at you
you are world's apart
