I thought i'd start a thread on tribute videos. I'd like to know if anyone else apart from me has ever created tribute videos of any Ftv girls. Some Alison and Lia members would also know me as "sawman369" on Youtube. So far i have created 15 videos of Alison and 8 videos of Lia. Basically their clips of the girls put to music. In the very near future i'll also be making some of our host Princess Danielle. I have her approval to do so. So if you fancy watching some fun videos. Click the link.:)

Probably would ;) But honestly I think it's totally cool that people would spend so much time and energy on something like that. It shows that they really care and like the person.

I wouldn't say i was obsessive nexxus. Just a fan who likes to make movies. I've always wanted to create something different and with mostly my favourite music tracks. Because i also like to view them a kind of music video. If Danielle ,Lia, or Alison were ever to tell me to stop making them. I would because i respect them as people as well as beautiful web girls. I respect your opinion nexxus which your entitled to.:)

Just uploaded my first Danielle tribute video. I know i said Saturday but i had a bit spare time tonight. As i didn't go down the pub lol. What do you think guys and Danielle?.:)

Gilliganlefty has made a few Lia videos and Lia gave him her video "Man i hate winter". To upload because he has more views than me lol. But then he joined Youtube over a year ago. So he would have more views. But i'm still working it lol.:D

I just watched your "Dishy Danielle" vid on You Tube. LOVED IT! She sure got a lot of mileage out of that low cut blue dress, didn't she? More than the sexiness of it, I enjoyed her smiling at the camera, blowing kisses at it, and hanging out with the other models.:rolleyes:

Bad news i'm afraid. I've just had all my videos from Youtube removed and my account suspended. Some website called "Destined Enterprises". Has claimed i'm infringing their copyrights. I thought Rob and FTV owned the copyrights. So it looks like my tribute videos have come to an end.:mad:

It looks like YouTube did a blanket copyright infringement, meaning they dumped anything that appears to be related to copyright infringement. If you go look at GwenMedia you'll see that it's a fetish web site and there is no FTV content there. YouTube may be involved in a law suit with GwenMedia at this time. So they're taking no chances with it happening again. You can file a DMCA counter-notice because you have permission from the owner of the content of your videos.

No more YouTube videos from Mart?????? I couldn’t believe it so I checked my YouTube account immediately. Unbelievable but all of Mart’s great videos have been removed, not one single video left over. This is so mean and unfair! I know Mart asked Rob and Lia to use her videos and I’m sure both agreed. I don’t think anyone else but Rob is the owner of the copyright. Beside Mart’s videos they also removed Gilliganlefty’s videos but there are still videos with Lia19 content available at YouTube. So where’s the equity? Maybe because those other video maker illegally removed the Lia19 indication from the original content? Mart, for me you haven’t done anything wrong or illegal. Your videos will always remain one-of-a-kind.

Actually I see an easy solution; just make them into mpeg or avi, wmv, then I'll upload them to this server, and you can directly link them here. And you can then make them even better quality that youtube quality.

Mart...It bummed me out when I saw this...I hope you take Rob up on his generous offer to post them all here...:)
I think it come down to the music tracks i used. Since i didn't have the copyright to use them. But then since when do any of us own music copyrights lol. Just Youtube playing safe. as in "if in doubt throw it out". I new it had nothing to do with Rob. Glad i kept the original videos. Rob i would very much like to take your offer of uploading them here. It's very kind of you to spare the time. Their "wmv" and an average size of 50mb-60mb. Maybe you could "pm" me or post on this thread what i'll need to do to make this possible.:)
Just got an email from a friend who uploaded a lot of Katie Fey tribute videos. Obviously being a fan of KatieFey.com. He just had his videos removed and has had his account terminated. With no explaination from Youtube. Other than infringing copyrights. Of what he doesn't know. Like me he had permission from KatieFey.com. So i guess Youtube are really going to town with this infringing law. I wonder if their trying to keep it a family site and not wanting anything of an adult nature on there any more.

I've uploaded travel videos to Myspace with music playing in the background. I am told Myspace can digitially recognize copyrighted songs and they have occasionally blocked my video(s) from being viewed.:mad:
This seems be a major issue at the moment Geezer. With so many people downloading music mostly for free. The music industry is losing a lot of revenue via the internet. Because nobody buys music any more. Thanks to a lot of free music websites. So like you said their now using this " Digital recognition system". For copyrighted material.

Free music has made music more popular than ever and has really helped the little man (ie. Indie bands, and poor people like myself who can't afford to buy all the music I like). The music industry has not lost as much money as you'd think, nor have the artist. Artist don't make much money off record sales anyway. Plus the ones who cry about people stealing their music tend to be big artists that already have millions of dollars. If these artists care about their fans, they should freely give us their music. (Like Danielle who cares about her fans and allowing this site to be free...probably not a fair comparison)

Luckly i keep all the videos i've made on an external harddrive. Yes I even like to watch them myself lol. Once Rob finds time he'll create an upload link for the tribute videos. So they can be shared again. Danielle! yours will be the first i'd upload. :)

That sounds great Mart I enjoyed your tribute videos especially the one you did for Danielle. And the higher resolution quaility that Rob can allow will definitely be a bonus.

Thanks Captnjack. Danielle's video was very pleasant to do. So far all my tribute videos use up 1.17 GB of space on my external harddrive. That's a lot of megabytes lol. Hope it isn't too much for this forum.:)
