this is pouncer whrn he was about 4 months. we had just gotten him. at this age they are about the sise of a domestic cat. grandma was getting ready to do the floor and pouncer got in the wash tub and layed down. it was funny, he thought it was for him.:p

ok last one for now. this is pouncer with jeff again. he has always been varry good with kids. if you notice the harness he wairs a lot. that is his tags . one is his rabies tag , state lisence tag. exotic cat tag. and his permit tag. if he is out of the house ( on a lead of course) he has to be wairing them.

it is a cat ugo. And yes it behaves just like a cat just bigger. And more hyper. Sleeps a lot just like a cat and is wide open the rest of the time.
I know him that it is a cat. But it seems very affectionate as a sweet dog. Is beautiful possession a great cat that seems a jaguar. Or leopard.:)

That turtle picture reminds me of a trip we made to the zoo a few weeks ago. There were two turtles in just that same position and my daughter commented that they were trying to play leap frog. I certainly didn't correct her.

I recently had a baby who is now five months old. We took her to a specialist and so far she does not show any signs of NF. But it could still be too early to tell. When did your kids first show signs of NF?

I like cats, and that is amazing. Are they really safe? What I mean is, how predictable is their behavior? I only ask because I've had house cats that would decide to get frisky if they were in a bad mood.

Pouncer is a big baby. I have never had a problem out of him, he would lick you if anything he is vary loving, but thats him. i have heard of servals with bad tempers but i think you get that with any pet. pouncer weighs 37 lbs and can jump about 12 feet . they are not a pet for somone who does not have the room for them to run or the time to spend with them. a board cat = a cat finding somthing to ocupy them selfes with. in pouncers case he finds paper to shred, but they are quite capible of destroying a house if they want to. if you want to see video of pouncer and his brother the breeder has a youtube sight ( spotsallover ) koby is pouncers brother, pouncer is the one draging his bed into the tunnel.

That is totally wild! A black lab showed up at my house last year and I let her stay (even though I'm not really a dog person). I don't think even she weighs 37 pounds. I've had cats all my life. So it's hard for me to fathom a "house cat" THAT big! :eek: My last cat (R.I.P.) was a mellow dude - cool as he could be. The one before him was moody and had a nasty temper though. If he'd been as big as Pouncer, I'd be dead right now... several times over. :D
Sounds like he's a blast to have around though. I'll definitely check out that Youtube video!

Great pic! I love that shot. In fact, if you cropped it just the right way, it would look like Pouncer had taken your brother's head and was about to have a meal. :D
He must be very affectionate. Did you have to get him fixed, so he wouldn't spray/mark the house though.

He has all his parts in tact. he has been bred 3 times with one of the breeders femals to produse more kits with his temperment. he dosent spray in the house but he will out in his encloshure outside. servals sent in side by rubbing the top of there heads on things to leave there sent there. it dosen't leave an oder that we can smell. any one that comes over gets marked as his, lol . when my daugher has her friends over he rubbes agenst every one of them. we dont have any other pets so spraying isnt a problem.
