While we all know Lia is one smoking hot chick, not everyone would consider "resembling actress (I use that term loosely) Heidi Montag" a compliment. She has a rebuilt nose, phony boobs, can't sing, and is married to (supposedly) the most repulsive guy on TV today - Spencer!:eek::eek:

You might not believe this, but I didn't really know who Heidi Montag was. I was sitting in the doctor's office looking at a copy of People, or Entertainment Weekly and there were photos from her wedding, I thought she looked a bit like Lia in some of them! I'll have to do a little more research next time :)
