If you've noticed, an FTV update carries anywhere from 1-6 days before the next update appears. How is this determined? (A lot of you were asking about this):
------------------------------------
A '6 day update' -- To me, the girl was perfect, great looks, personality, comprehensive shoot, real orgasms, adventure, all in all what I consider a great FTV shoot. Recent example eg. Ileana, Monica
A '5 day update' -- Same as above, just a little shorter in content overall, or something just a little missing in my eyes. Recent example eg. Isobel
A '4 day update' -- The girl wasn't as cute in my opinion, the orgasms maybe weren't as nice, or I just know members will not like her as much, or shot by contributing photographer. Recent example eg. Taryn, Gabby
A '3 day update' -- The update was much shorter, or the masturbation scene just didn't work out, or the girl simply wasn't up to par. Eg. Jamee, Phoebe
A '2 day update' -- Extremely rare, just a shoot I could not accept as FTV quality, or the girl really just wasn't meant to be on FTV whatsoever. Eg. Desiree
A '1 day update' -- Chances are it would not appear on FTV at all, and remain on the hard drive for nobody to see.
---------------------------------------------
I aim for the 5/6 day update types, because that is what keeps members happy, and hold their own well through that week. But I never know what to expect when a model appears. On extremely rare occasions, I do have a 7-day update, like the Alexa Loren one, because it was such a comprehensive adventure (sometimes taking a weeks' worth of shooting into one update).
My biggest gripe has been that many who don't know FTV well, (including FTV haters and site reviewers) say FTV doesn't update enough etc... Well I could play the trick of splitting a 6 day update up into 6 parts, then it would be an update every day... and the content being added would be equivalent to my competitors. In some ways I say my competitors are smart for splitting their updates up to much smaller parts, as it creates the 'illusion' of more updates -- but I tend to believe the more quality-based hardcore fans of FTV understand the difference. :D
I've actually seen single-girl sites where the members' area content is equivalent to one FTV update loooooolllll
