A Premium Area Planned for Danielle

Sometime in Mid-December (by New Years' for sure), Danielle's members' area will launch.
The Message Board, Contributed Photographers, and Video Logs will stay free and outside the members' area.
The members area will have solo, and 'hardcore' girl-girl videos of Danielle, along with biweekly webcam sessions. As for hardcore boy/girl, there won't be any for now, but maybe later next year.

So in a sense, you guys who are here right now are the 'beta testers', and seeing the current updates free.

With a members' area, it will help bring adult webmasters, promoters, etc... to promote her site like any other single girl site (as there is no incentive for them to do so right now). This will also help Danielle build enough cash to pay for several expenses:
-College Tuition (the biggest expense)
-Getting her teeth fixed
-Gym membership/trainer
-Clothes for the shoots
-Tattoo Removal/Laser

I was wondering when Ms D & Rob would move up to the next level. It would be malpractice for Rob & Danielle not to create a private pay section a la Lia 19. Danielle's going to need a lot of dosh for university and she's going to need to spend more of her time with her books & writing term papers, &c., so if they can build revenue from affiliates & memberships, then so be it--its money well-spent, I'm sure, and going to a very good cause (i.e., a gentlewoman's education). We'll see if I can afford to join, although I suspect that sometime after New Year, probably after my FTV membership expires, and possibly after I've converted from 35mm to digital I'll be able to stash some funds aside to take a peek beneath Ms D's premium covers (:rolleyes:). I think this a potentially a very good move for Ms D, and can only imagine that she'll find it easier to study, have a social life, &., with what I imagine will be a lucrative site & profit sharing between Rob & Ms D. And for Rob, I suspect that creating a premium site is necessary just to maintain the bandwidth costs alone! Caramba!

But they are the economic and financial laws (as that of FTV and her girls) that they have to allow to the girls to have one parsimonious and calm life of theirs. I had visited other “Porn” sites but when I saw the photography work on other sites compared to what Rob did, well I was hooked and joined FTV. It didn’t take me long to see that it was not only great photography but the videos were also top notch. The more I saw I realized that it was not hardcore but just what I had been looking for. The soft core aspect was intriguing and never offended me in the least.

The rare instance that there was any kind of male intervention Rob got letters about no males involved. To this day I still like the soft core touch that comes with everything he does or has control over. “Lia 19” is a class site and continues through today. It’s always been “soft” but beautiful. “Alison’s” was the same way. Now we have “Danielle” and I’ll say it now, “I have absolutely no interest in seeing our Mistress doing any thing hardcore.” That is not what has kept FTV and Rob’s other sites active. Once some of the girls went hardcore their sites lost a lot of viewers and that is what pays the bills, the fans. If FTV went hardcore I would cancel my subscription or let it run out and never renew again.

That's the log I meant, and I could easily have remembered wrong or taken the wrong impression from, not that Ms D didn't express her thoughts, just that with all the other things rolling around in my noggin I could have, very easily, taken something out of context or remembered wrong, &c. Yeah, I didn't mean something "illegal." But, some software, like Adobe Reader, offer a free version but it is limited in what it can do. I was hoping your suggested software had a "free but limited use" version.

There is an addon for Firefox called Download Helper that will allow you to copy videos like the ones at YouTube and I believe it has the ability to copy streaming video as well. It will then convert the video into whatever format you want it to be although the format has to be one of the popular ones not some off the wall format. I've used it and it works just fine, plus it's free.

I've been using AOL for over ten years and everyone knows my email address. For some reason, AOL often cuts an FTV "update video" off short. So, I use IE to download Rob's videos. When I installed iTunes, Safari came as part of the package - I guess. I think I even downloaded Firefox, once, but deleted it with days.

As YAD says maybe Rob will make a downloadable archive to suit people in the wrong time zones for the shows.

To change how Firefox handles downloads go to Tools, Options, Main. There is a radio button that says Ask Me Where To Save Files. Make sure that radio button is chosen and the save file dialog box will pop up when you want to save a file. There is also the option of changing the file save location in the same place but then everything that you download will go to whatever location you put in there.

An additional way other than WhyYou's option in Firefox is to right click the link on the web page for the video file, and select "Save link as". This will open the 'Save as' dialog box where you can navigate to where you want the file to be downloaded.

I can't wait for Danielle's new premium web site. I've already got my sleeping bag, tin food, and primus stove and have queued up outside waiting for the site to open! :D

Maybe Rob and Danielle are willing to add a low res option, again. (Which unfortunately would mean double the time encoding the videos.)

I have DSL also and I can sympathize with Geezer's plight! It takes me, on average, about 1.5 - 2 hours to download a 400 Meg HD clip. I solve this by using a free download manager (in my case FlashGet, but there are others), loading it up and letting it run overnight. I always get the HD versions of Danielle's videos, because I'd like to try copying them to DVD's at some point so I can watch them on a tv instead of my computer. The 3000 kb/sec "medium-res" videos are a nice option to have, and I usually use that for the other FTV videos. Truth be told, on my computer, I can't see much of a quality difference between those and the 8000 kb/sec videos. I imagine that time didn't allow for this option to be added right away. Hopefully Rob will add it at a later date.

OK, I've got to admit I mixed it up here.
I'm switching between 8 Mb/s and 3 Mb/s WMV files on FTV, and completely forgot about the DivX option because I don't use them at all.
I was thinking of the current 8/7/6 Mb/s HD videos as High Res and of possible 3 Mb/s files as Low(er) Res, tough 3 Mb/s would be better considered as Mid Res.

I'm sorry if that got anybody confused.
