Halloween 2010 Costume

I know it's a little early to be talking about Halloween, but the costumes I'm looking at are handmade so I have to order them way a head of time. I'm trying to decide between two dresses (I'm going as a fairy princess). I would appreciate it if you guys could help me decide which one I should choose.

I'm with the others: dress 1 is simply elegant. You'd look gorgeous in it (or, maybe more correctly, it would look gorgeous on you!)

To me dress two is more what I imagine a fairy would wear, but both of the dresses would look great on you.

Your accessories would suite the first dress better than the second, though. I guess you could wear dress one on more occasions, too. ;)

Maybe I fancy dress two because I imagine seeing you in that semi-translucent skirt and maybe catch a glimpse or two ... :o

In my opinion, there's no contest, definately dress 1. The other dress looks a bit o.t.t.;)

I think that dress #1 looks to much like a wedding dress. Dress #2 looks more like something a fairy princess would wear due to it's not being of the ordinary style.

Well everyone seems to like dress 1 the best. Awesome! I shall have to order that soon. I want to have it made in purple (not sure if I want it light or dark purple yet.) And dress 1 can definitely be used for other things too. I will for sure do an update in the costume when I get it. Thanks for the help everyone.

FWIW, I think dress 1 would look awesome in light purple. Much better than dark purple.

It's been said but I agree that #1 looks more like a wedding dress. #2 is more of a fairy tale dress.

Of course the set after that you could forget the fairy tale, put on a pair of low jeans and have the whale tail.:D

Go with dress 2. The color of dress 2 makes sense as a fairy. Dress 1 is elagant, but not in the same way as a fairy princess.

Well I hope this helps I didn't know the real colour you was looking for so I guessed, and came up with this, if you can give me the colour codes you want I may be able to show you side by side again but with the colour you want to make your mind up.

Actually the light color is very similar to what I wanted. Thanks for doing that for me. It's nice to be able to see it a head of time.

He'll do it for sure (he's already agreed to it). And I've found a bodypainter that I think can do an absolutely splendid job. Just have to make sure he's okay being on video.
