I suspect the security guy wanted to find Jasmin and Rob in an even more compromizing situation, then being able to press real charges onto them.
We know that Rob never would go that far, though. (Anyone who would after the first encounter would be stupid anyway.)

They should have left Jasmin and Rob alone in the hotel room.
Security spying on the guests, valets playing with the guests' cars ... I wish somehow the name of the resort would leak out, so everybody can avoid them. ;)

Since it was private property I don't think they could charge them with anything, at most they could ask them to leave (if they refused to, then they could call the cops).

Wow! I just watched the out takes... I am in total disbelief here.

I had the same thing happen to me at the South Point Hilton in Ahwatukee when shooting a model for a different big named website.
I was shooting the girl all around the Resort with no problems until a lame jack ass security guard felt I was getting to much of a hot 18 year old girl.

He then approached me and the model and asked if we were staying at the hotel, I answered yes, he asked for the room number, I said NO. Privacy acts.
He asked for ID's, I said NO! He threatened to call the cops, I said "please do."
He followed us to our room, and I shut the door in his face. It was over right then and there.

Here in Rob's case:

The security guard broke all the rules and laws by coming in the hotel room, especially when she the hotel guest was indecent! Then he committed a bad act by looking through the window.

I wish I was there. I love it when they threaten to call the cops. I always say "please do, I will talk to them and NOT you." They never call the cops.
Rob should sue the hotel for slander when the security brought up prostitution.
The security guard was fixated on the fact that she had no panties on...lol Must have a panty fetish.

Rob is a great nice guy, to nice. I would have went off on the guy. They would have left us alone.
Rob did nothing wrong and handled the situation how he seen fit.
But he should press charges and sue the hotel.

What angers me the most about the guard is that he figures she's just some streetwalkin ho so he can stand there and demoralize her and ogle as much as he wants. Even if she was a prostitute, she wasn't the guard's prostitute GET OUT OF THE ROOM! Jerk.
