I had a guy here in AZ use my Sun Devil Angels and Sun Devil Coed name to gain models for himself as well.

I do advertise for models with Sun Devil Angels first, FTV second as another high paid adult modeling assignment when I do advertise. I make it clear that I do NOT own or run FTV, I am only a photographer, and if the owner of FTV approves of a model in which he feels his members will enjoy, of course I will offer her genuine FTV work.

I also make it clear to all models that SDA has hardcore and is NOT a reflection on FTV as ftvgirls.com is only solo work. Each girl makes her choice of the type of work she wants or needs to do what is right for her.
Some girls may do both.
My opinion, if a girls does hardcore on SDA and only solo on FTV, she is still clean and true in my eyes, as she is NOT all shot out with hardcore, like LA girls.
These girls have had sex with numerous guys in their private lives, so they have done these things before lol.....

I will not shoot girls who have done nasty degrading sites, I will not name names..lol I at least try to keep a glamour type of image for the girl.

Based on his gaining their confidence, he has induced 3 girls into buying plane tickets to Phoenix, Arizona and renting a hotel room at their own expense with the promise he would repay for the expenses on arrival, and he furthermore agreed to film and pay them a large amount for their performance in a package of adult hardcore scenes with various male talent.

I succeeded at the beginning of this week in confronting him about this scam and false pretence before a girl got on a plane to fly to him. have contacted him directly, demanding restitution for this girl's plane ticket, but he basically argued that he's legit and refused to pay.

But I've just been informed today by another girl today that she flew to him, and has become a victim.

Once the girl arrived and checked into their hotel rooms, Weston arrived and convinced the girl to have preliminary sex with him. He then left the hotel room, telling the girl he would return to take her to the shoot location. Weston never returned and avoided all further attempts by these girl to contact him.

If anyone has any knowledge of how I can locate Jack Weston and/or BackEnd Productions at an address or determine his legal identity, please let me know.

Agree 100%. Maybe like a "Want to be on FTV" link right there on the banner with the "Join, Members, Updates, etc" section. And like mentioned above you could put what to bring and also that even if they think they've contacted you before through another site like craigs list, to confirm it by the eamil addy on that page.

I think that would help eliminate models falling for the copycats more then just having people call some number.

I think you have to remember the age and experience of a lot of would be models. They are just not savy enough to see the warning signs of a scam. They see $ signs and a chance to appear on a mainstream website which a lot of models use as a stepping stone to other appearances. As smart, intelligent, experienced as I am someone out there has $35 of mine because I thought I was joining a legimate site. And nothing justifies what is being done to these girls no matter how gullible they are. A lot of scams are not reported because the victim is too embarrassed to admitt they were scamed.

That is no joke. That's pretty bad. I'm not a lawyer, but this situation is getting awfully close to impersonation. Impersonation is the crime of pretending to be another individual in order to deceive others and gain some advantage. What these 'photographers' are actually doing is pretending to be someone who does not actually exist, and it can constitute false impersonation. For example, a person who knowingly assumes a false or fictitious identity and, under that identity, does any other act intending unlawfully to gain a benefit for himself is guilty of criminal impersonation in some states.

This guy is doing just that! He assumes a fictious identity of FTV auditioner, invites wanna-be models to FTV audition (something that does not exist) and then does an unlawful act like sleeping with the model. The models that get screwed should know their rights, get a lawyer, and prosecute these losers to the fullest extent of the law! These photographers are not only breaking the law they are also possibly degrading the FTV Girls brand. Shame on them! :mad:

Yes, it could be. However, as I wrote before I think this is a case of impersonation. The law says: "Criminal impersonation: A person is guilty of criminal impersonation when he pretends to be a representative of some person or organization and does an act in such pretended capacity with intent to obtain a benefit or to injure or defraud another." Isn't that the case here? :confused:

Impersonation is a Class B misdemeanor. I'm reading it means: An individual adjudged guilty of a Class B misdemeanor shall be punished by:
(1) a fine not to exceed $2,000;
(2) confinement in jail for a term not to exceed 180 days; or
(3) both such fine and confinement.
